THALIA & BUBU - PAYMENT & DELIVERY
PAYMENT
The buyer can settle his/her order by bank wire transfer or by using VISA or Mastercard credit cards through the secured online payment provider SAFERPAY (SIX MULTIPAY).
In the case of payment by bank wire transfer, the order will be delivered once full payment is received by THALIA & BUBU.
In the case of payment by credit card, payment is made in full when the order is placed by the buyer. However, the amount of the order will only be debited from the buyer's credit card if/when the order is accepted by THALIA & BUBU.
In case of a refund, THALIA & BUBU will credit the credit card used by the buyer when placing the order or any other means agreed between the parties.
DELIVERY
THALIA & BUBU delivers in Switzerland and worldwide, except in P.O. boxes.
THALIA & BUBU endeavours to send the products ordered on the working day which follows the reception of the payment (in the case of payment by bank wire transfer) or order confirmation (in the case of payment by credit card). Postage and delivery are handled by the Swiss Post, by signature parcel (PostPac Economy or PostPac Priority signature parcel in Switzerland or equivalent abroad), at the address indicated by the buyer when placing his/her order.
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For deliveries to Europe or the rest of the world, the delivery costs depend on the weight and the volume of the order and the delivery address.
The below table indicates the average time to delivery and the delivery costs fixed by the Swiss Post.

For the deliveries outside of Switzerland, the local taxes (customs, foreign VAT, etc) will be borne by the buyer.
If an order is delivered in several batches, the buyer will be charged only once with the delivery cost, if applicable.
In general, the products that are shown on the website http://www.thaliaetbubu.com are available. However, should an inventory difference prevent the delivery of one or more product(s), the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and THALIA & BUBU will propose to him/her similar products. If none of these similar products suit the buyer, then THALIA & BUBU will refund the buyer on the credit card used when placing his/her order.
